I spent my afternoons at our family business during secondary school, where I learned first-hand what matters to a small business owner and what practically increases customer footfall.
Decades later, after founding a corporate training business and running it for over 20 years, I learned how to build client networks and increase lifetime value before transforming into an EdTech company in 2021.
Throughout my journey, I realised what founders truly need. I didn't want more chats from brilliant coaches, mentors or consultants; I needed action. I needed an operating partner who understood my tight schedule, gave me fresh eyes to see my blind spots, and actually helped me execute.
